Shipping Deadlines

We strive to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible. To make sure your order ships to meet the expedited shipping deadline, your order must be placed and your payment must be authorized before 1PM EST. All orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day. Please allow up to two business days processing time in addition to standard delivery time based on your selected shipping method.

Chiton is not responsible for lost or stolen packages that are addressed to a freight forwarding service. Should you wish to use this type of service, you are taking responsibility for any damage or loss that occurs to your shipment. We will not offer replacements or refunds for orders that are reported missing or damaged, that we reasonably believe to have been delivered to the facility. Any order addressed to a freight forwarding service is placed at your own risk.

Shipping Deadlines

On rare occasions, such as the holiday season and special sales, delays in processing may occur. Your business is important to us, so if your order is unexpectedly delayed, feel free to contact us.

  • Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States.
  • At this time, we do not ship to APO, FPO & DPO addresses, P.O. boxes, shipping companies or freight forwarders. Orders placed to these locations will be cancelled.
  • Estimated delivery dates are estimates only, and are not guaranteed.
  • Unfortunately, we are not able to ship to international locations including Canada.

  • You will not be billed for items purchased with a credit card until the items have shipped. You may be billed for items purchased with a debit or credit card immediately upon order confirmation.
  • A signature will be required at the time of delivery for orders of $500 and above.
  • Generally, items featured on our website are available for sale and ready to ship. In the unusual situation in which one item is available for sale and two customers place it in their cart at the same time, one customer may receive an out of stock message at checkout.
